The original structures, built circa 1960, became very dilapidated, so Star of Africa transformed the place and created something totally unique. The lodge is brick and the roof is painted green tin. Chichele Presidential Lodge offers accommodation in 10 luxury air-conditioned rooms.
To make the best use of the wonderful floodplain views, 10 elegant Victorian-style lodges were built along the edge of the hillside, each with a private panoramic view. The lodge has one inter-connecting room and two triple rooms which are ideal for families on safari.Quality furnishings and discreet service provide the necessary level of comfort expected by the discerning visitor.
